Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

We currently ship within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

PartsGardenTools is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the package and item.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
